"Wonderful return process"
Had a fantastic time with the return, Chloe got back to me super fast on my email. The L size was a tad too large, so I needed to send it back and went for M and S instead. The quality is just incredible, so I ended up grabbing another top and bottom in a different shade 😊. For sure, I’d shop again at Sundarbay.

Since the pandemic kicked off, I've been a big fan of Sundarbay and I've pretty much got every item in my closet because I adore the whole collection. "Top-notch quality and service"
I'm a big fan of SundarBay for their awesome products. Every piece is beautifully crafted and has become a must-have in my closet - I keep coming back for more.
However, I did run into a snag recently with an item that had a broken zip. Jade jumped in right away to assist and found a great fix for me, plus I’ll be getting a replacement as soon as it’s available again.
Their customer support is consistently outstanding. I even got a personal reminder when I had previously chatted with them about a size issue.

My daughter really loves this brand, so I went ahead and purchased a coat she had her eye on. I totally spaced on using the 10% discount for first-time buyers, though. After I placed the order, I shot them an email, and to my surprise, I received a response in no time. They quickly refunded me the 10% off the total cost. Honestly, the level of customer service here is something I’ve never encountered before! I’m sure I’ll be coming back for more in the future!

"Awesome support from the team!"
A few months back, I got myself some high waist joggers. Honestly, they’re my absolute fave, but I noticed the color started to fade a little after a couple of washes. I reached out to them with my feedback, and they got back to me super quick, asking for some pics to look into it. They even offered to send me a new pair once they were back in stock. I thought that was really nice of them. The moment the joggers were available again, they shipped them out to me right away. I truly appreciate how they took care of this situation.

I’ve ordered from them three times now.
All was smooth sailing except for my third order, where they accidentally sent me two of the same thing.
I reached out to customer support, and they told me to keep the extra item at no cost and shipped the missing one the very same day, which I got two days later.
Thanks a bunch, Sundarbay!

"Fantastic Experience!"
The service I received was top-notch. They are super organized and definitely a brand to consider. I ran into a few problems with an order, but I got a response in just a couple of minutes; they were fast with a fix and really helpful.
I'm quite impressed with both the customer support and the apparel. The vegan leather pants fit perfectly and had a nice bit of stretch to them. Totally worth the investment!
